.Now make small balls out of the mixture as  required and similarly make out small balls from the dough as well.

.Take a plate or bowl, add some dry wheat flour for dusting.

.Now take a dough ball, flat it with your hand and dust it with flour so that stickiness can be avoided while making or rolling the paratha on rolling board .After this add the potato ball in the dough and bring all the corners together in the center and wrap it together so it again become a ball with Aloo filling.

.Take the rolling board and flat the ball on the board with the help of rolling pin( make sure it is not too thin else it will break ).Roll it out in a circle just like any other Indian bread(like a Chapatti).

.Take a frying pan or griddle, put the rolled out bread on pan and let it cook for 2 min either side. Spread Refined oil or ghee on both the sides to make them crispy and tasty.

.Once done serve the paratha in a plate along with your choice of side( Such as pickle, curd or gravy such as Dal Makhani)
